At Maven Silicon, we provide minimum two interview
opportunities to every candidate. Our Vice President Mr.Sriram Ramamurthy who
has 20+ years of experience in Semiconductor Industry looks after the placement
support. He interacts directly with the top executives of more than 100 VLSI
design companies and arranges the interviews for every batch.
Also we conduct Boot Camp training programs to the students
who have already failed in multiple interviews and train them further to face
the tough technical interviews. This way many of our old students who are
average also got into various VLSI companies.
Every time when we organize any interviews, we inform to all
the students, including old batch students who missed the interview
opportunities and allow everybody to participate in the written test. Those who
perform well in the test will be allowed for the interview process. We strongly
believe in providing equal opportunities to everybody, without any
discrimination.
